Click Connect Device in this app and select the recognized device: Unknown Device (1A2C:A157) or 2.4 Wireless Device.
Why can't I configure over Bluetooth (Fn+1/2/3)?
Over Bluetooth, your computer doesn’t let browsers reach the keyboard’s settings channel (0xFF02:0x0002), so this app can’t see it. Bluetooth is great for everyday typing; switch to 2.4G (Fn+4) or Wired USB (Fn+5) to tune lighting or remap keys.
The 2.4 GHz receiver isn’t recognised
Long press FN + 4 until the LED blinks fast, with the receiver plugged in. That re-pairs the keyboard with it.
How do I perform a complete factory reset?
Press and hold FN + Esc for 5 seconds. This resets all settings to default. You can also use Restore Factory Defaults in Device Settings.
How does battery charging work?
Charge it with the provided Type-C cable. In Bluetooth mode, the battery percentage shows on the connected device. In 2.4 GHz or wired mode, this app shows it in the top bar.
